Dry eye disease affects comfort, vision, and quality of life, and no two cases are alike. We use a personalized, multi-approach treatment strategy designed to target the root cause of your symptoms.

We offer a full range of advanced treatments including Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), thermal pulsation therapy (LipiFlow), radiofrequency (RF), prescription medications, nutritional supplements, and conventional therapies. We also treat eyelid styes non-invasively using intense light therapy, delivering targeted care without systemic antibiotics.
IPL therapy is a light-based treatment that targets inflammation, bacteria, and clogged oil glands, common causes of dry eye. It improves oil flow and reduces abnormal blood vessels associated with ocular rosacea. IPL can also treat eyelid styes quickly and non-invasively, offering relief without medication.

As we age, macular degeneration and other retinal diseases can affect vision to the point where glasses or surgery no longer help. Low vision aids such as magnifiers and telescopes can restore independence for specific tasks. Dr. Simi Mahil has a special interest in this area and sees low vision patients directly.
